The main principle you need to stick to when you make your own Selene costume is that everything is black. Every item of clothing must be black. This costume looks a lot harder to make than it actually is. Here is a complete list of everything you will need to make your own Selene costume.
Selene Coat

The first item of clothing that you will need to make your own Selene costume is a coat.
This coat should be long and black. Ideally, it should be made of leather and be as long as possible. The coat should also be worn unfastened at the front. |

Selene Bodysuit

The main item of clothing you will need to make your own Selene costume is a bodysuit.
This bodysuit should be made from a shiny material so PVC or latex is perfect. Your body suit should be black, tight fitting. It should also have long sleeves and a zip up front. This will be hot to wear so remember to drink plenty of water. |

Selene Corset

Next you will need a corset as part of your Selene costume.
Again, this corset should be black and should be tight fitting. If possible it should also be made from leather or faux leather. You will need to find a corset that is strapless. This corset should be worn over the top of your body suit. |

In the Underworld movies Kate Beckinsale wears a pair of bulky black boots. You will need a similar pair to make your own Selene costume.
If you can try and find a pair of black knee high boots with a block high heel. You will also want to try and find a pair of knee high boots that have plenty of buckles and straps. |

Since Selene is a vampire she obviously has vampire fangs.
A set of artificial vampire fangs will look amazing as part of your Selene costume. These can be stick on fangs or they can be a whole set of vampire teeth. Like the ones you find in toy shops and novelty shops. |

If you have shoulder length dark hair then replicating Kate Beckinsale’s hairstyle in Underworld should be very easy.
