Regan Mask

Part of what makes a Regan costume so utterly terrifying is her face.
It is possible that you could recreate the color of her skin and the cuts on her face with makeup. However, this would require time and a certain level of skill with makeup. A much simpler idea is to buy one of the many highly realistic Regan masks that are available. |

Regan Nightgown

The main item of clothing you will need for your Regan costume is a nightgown like she wears for most of The Exorcist.
The nightgown worn by Regan is Victorian in style and hangs down to near her feet. It is also a light blue in color with darker blue dots. She also wears a white nightgown in the same style. Either color will work well for your Regan costume |

Regan Blood

During the scene where Regan twists her head around there is a lot of blood.
For your Regan costume we would recommend using fake blood and apply it sparingly around the front and lower section of the nightgown. You could also apply it to your hands as well. |

The final part of your Regan fancy dress is replicating the vomit that she spews and that her clothes are drenched in.
You could use the likes of mushed up peas to replicate this but that would prove to be messy. The best idea is to buy fake vomit and aplly that to the nightgown. |
