When making a DIY Terminator costume based on the T-800 in the second movie you will dress mainly in black clothing. You can even add special makeup to replicate the look of the T-800 endoskeleton showing. Here is every item you will need to make a homemade DIY Terminator costume from the second Terminator movie.
Terminator Jacket

Starting with the upper half of the body you will need a leather jacket for this version of the Terminator costume.
This should be a classic black motorcycle leather jacket. It should look very much like what you would expect to see a Harley Davidson motorcycle rider to wear. |
Terminator T-Shirt

A simple black t-shirt will be needed for your T-800 costume.
This should be plain black with no logos or writing printed on it. |

A pair of motorcycle pants will be required for this Terminator costume.
